Here are some tips:

1. We suggest keeping your balloons out of direct sunlight to be safe. Canopy

2. Lighter colors do best in the direct sun. Outdoor Balloons will oxidize and the color and shine will be affected. Don't worry, we can add balloon shine service to your balloons.

3. Balloons are, by nature, temporary (and a luxury item); Although Zeeba Events, uses only the finest quality balloons, some balloons will occasionally deflate sooner than expected and will also be adversely affected by wind, rain, rough handling, direct sunlight, and other uncontrollable factors.

1. It is your responsibility to confirm that balloons are allowed at your venue. For indoor, we use wall-friendly, command hooks to hang balloon garlands.

2. Installation time ranges from 30 minutes to 4+ hours. Please prepare accordingly.
   30 Minute Grace Period – We want you to love our creation as much as we do, and creativity takes time. Since we often have more than one installation, we may not be able to complete your installation, and you will not be offered a refund if we do not have venue access more than 20 minutes after our agreed setup time.

3. We are NOT responsible for popped balloons after we have left the premises.

4. In regards to rentals, we will come back at a scheduled time to pick up our rentals, however, the balloons are the client’s responsibility unless you pay a strike fee.

Are balloon installations air-filled? How long will they last?

Yes! Our balloon installations are air-filled and do not float. Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to a month depending on the conditions.

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. No exceptions.
